Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of previous restaurant experience
- Must possess interpersonal relations skills
- Professional attitude, demeanor, and dress
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 or more hours daily
- Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience of at least 6 months
- Possess interpersonal relations skills
- Professional in attitude, demeanor, and dress
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure that Ted’s standard of service is given to every guest, every time
- Anticipate the guests needs
- Have full knowledge of the menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
- Have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted’s Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- Follow the nine steps of service at every table
- Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
- Ensure hot food is a priority
- Have a positive attitude at all times
- Declare all of your tips
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
