Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including weekends and mornings
Must comply with drug-free workplace policies
Eligibility to work in the United States
Willingness to adhere to ADA regulations where applicable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Familiarity with local and state liquor laws

Job Duties

Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly personalized service
Work as a team to assist in the service of all guests
Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
Restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
Ensure all orders are accurate by ringing them in correctly
Handle cash and credit card transactions properly and accurately
