Job Requirements
- one year experience in a sports bar, restaurant or casino dining environment
- familiarity with POS systems and handheld ordering devices
- clear, respectful and proactive communication skills
- commitment to guest service excellence
- ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- understanding of restaurant and bar operations including responsible alcohol service
- strong retention of menu and promotional knowledge
- experience in an integrated casino hotel or Forbes or AAA rated property preferred

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and enthusiastically
- take accurate food and beverage orders while establishing rapport
- offer informed recommendations on food, drinks, and venue promotions
- deliver drinks and food with precision and timeliness
- check back with guests regularly to anticipate needs and offer refills
- maximize guest experience and sales through suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- maintain table cleanliness and reset tables quickly
- complete assigned opening, closing, and shift duties including stocking and sanitation
- follow all WA State liquor laws and MAST guidelines for safe alcohol service
- assist team members during peak periods
- address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
