Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must pass a background check
  • Availability to work daytime shifts
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for restaurant work
  • Reliable transportation to and from Thanksgiving Point
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Set up workstation
  • Complete side work checklists
  • Follow sequence of service
  • Accurately receive and input orders
  • Roll silverware
  • Pre-bus tables
  • Deliver food in a timely manner
  • Engage with guests while they dine
  • Keep beverages refilled
  • Recommend and upsell menu items
  • Demonstrate menu and allergy knowledge
  • Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's mission, values, and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
