Job Duties
- Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm, making them feel welcome from the start
- take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and promote specials and events
- ensure every guest's experience is smooth, fun, and safe, from checking IDs to monitoring alcohol service
- keep your section clean, organized, and stocked so guests can focus on having fun
- operate our POS system with accuracy for orders, payments, and shift paperwork
- jump in to help teammates and keep the shift moving, whether that's setting tables, assisting with prep, or handling closing duties
