Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- TABC/food handler certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met
- Pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times
- Refill beverages as necessary
- Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
- Maintain communication with other staff and management
- Ability to operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions
- Must have a great attitude and equally provide great customer service
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
