Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred especially in a hotel or fine dining setting
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
- Friendly outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Greet guests and present menus and daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks and ensure guests have everything they need
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
- Clear tables throughout the dining experience and provide dessert menus and coffee
- Process payment transactions and thank guests as they leave
- Maintain cleanliness and mise en place of work areas and tables
