Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and courtesy
- take food and beverage orders, entering them accurately into our point-of-sale (POS) system
- deliver meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring dietary compliance and resident satisfaction
- check in throughout meals to offer refills or additional service items
- perform opening and closing duties such as setting tables, stocking stations, and sanitizing surfaces
- assist with meal prep for simple items (e.g., bread baskets)
- collaborate with kitchen and dining team members for smooth meal service
- follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies at all times
- respond to resident needs and concerns with a professional and helpful attitude
