Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must display effective communication skills
- use good judgement and emotional maturity in all communications
- be able to work shifts including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
- effective communication skills
- ability to use good judgement and emotional maturity
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to follow directions and procedures
Job Duties
- Coordinate service stations to ensure smooth meal service
- take and deliver meal orders to residents promptly
- prepare daily dessert and fruit options for residents
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked dining room
- provide excellent resident-centered service consistent with CREATE values
- assist in setting up and clearing dining areas
- communicate effectively with residents and staff
