Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience beneficial
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A big smile and eagerness to learn
- compassion for residents
- if under 18, proper schoolwork authorization if applicable
- must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card
- strong customer service presentation skills
Job Duties
- Direct residents to their tables
- present menus
- suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
- communicate resident orders using point of sale system
- complete dining room opening and closing duties
