Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Food handling certification such as ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the property
- Maintain hotel dress and grooming standards including wearing the hotel-issued uniform
- No visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, limited piercings
- Availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- No travel required
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
- Food handling certification such as ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
- Prior food service experience in hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Promptly take orders from guests
- Communicate food allergies and nutritional needs to kitchen staff
- Assist with delivery orders
- Check in periodically to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address and appropriately escalate guest feedback, concerns, or complaints
- Collaborate clearly and tactfully with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Maintain familiarity with restaurant offerings and ensure order accuracy
