Job Requirements
- Sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 years experience serving in a country club, restaurant, or senior living community
- Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aid certification
- Able to obtain or have Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Able to obtain or have Food Handler's Card

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order
- Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per policy and procedure
- Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment
- Supports creating a culture where business decisions and individual employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
