Job Requirements
- Sophomore year of high school completed
- 1-3 year experience serving in a country club, restaurant or senior living community
- Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aid certification
- Able to obtain or have Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Able to obtain or have Food Handler's Card

- Knowledge of food service standards and etiquette
- Ability to provide courteous and timely service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and policies
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain workstations
- Take orders and provide courteous service
- Answer questions about menu items
- Clear dishes during and after meal service
- Assist with dish washing and reset tables
- Serve customers using proper etiquette
- Promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Follow diet policies and procedures
- Represent community warmly and professionally
- Support culture driving revenue and occupancy
