Job Requirements
- Meet all state and local requirements for employment screening including drug, background screening and abuse registry where applicable
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as required
- Willingness to follow dining and sanitation policies
- Ability to assist residents with dietary choices and preferences
- Physical ability to perform opening and closing tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with customers
- Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain employee and resident confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of dining and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Opening and closing tasks for all meal services including setting up stations and ensuring everything is prepared as well as cleaning and refilling
- Delivers food items prepared for memory care residents to the memory care neighborhood
- Follow written dining and sanitation policy and procedures
- Knowledge of menu items including beverages, alternatives and diet options
- Assist residents with choices available to them
