- Maintains neat, professional appearance
- Able to work full-time hours from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Willingness to work weekend shifts for pay differential
- Basic understanding of food safety
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards senior adults
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Responsible for serving residents in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner
- Becomes familiar with the culinary likes and dislikes of residents using active listening skills
- Handles food and utensils in a safe and sanitary manner
- Maintains neat and professional appearance
- Works collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional dining service
- Communicates effectively with residents and staff to address dining needs
- Complies with all health and safety regulations
