Scheduled as a full-time role with a starting salary of $15.00 per hour—based on experience—this position offers the chance to develop strong relationships with residents while ensuring excellent service that mirrors the quality of that found in top-tier restaurants.
In this role, the Server will guide residents to their tables, present menus in an engaging and informative manner, and assist in the selection of food and beverages by providing thoughtful suggestions tailored to individual preferences. The Server will utilize modern point-of-sale technology for accurate order communication while performing all opening and closing duties in the dining room as outlined by community protocols. This position requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, a passion for serving others, and the ability to support a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for seniors in the community.
Joining Spectrum as a full-time team member also unlocks various benefits, including eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as other voluntary insurance plans. Team members also benefit from participation in the company’s 401(k) plan, paid time off, holiday pay, Daily Pay options, and discounts through Perk Spot. Additionally, Spectrum emphasizes the importance of safety and health by strongly encouraging COVID-19 vaccinations, although it is not mandatory.

The company participates in the E-Verify program to maintain compliance with employment authorization laws. For individuals with a big smile, eagerness to learn, and a heart for serving others, this Server role offers not just a job, but the chance to contribute positively to the lives of others in a meaningful and respectful environment.
