Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a senior living dining or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to resident-centered service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

- Experience as a server in assisted living or memory care preferred
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, attentive dining service to residents during meals
- Assist with table setup, food delivery, and dining room cleanliness
- Ensure residents feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated
- Collaborate with kitchen and care teams to deliver a smooth dining experience
- Represent Alto's commitment to hospitality and resident-centered service
