- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- Set tables and keep workstations in proper order
- Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously
- Respond to menu-related questions accurately and politely
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette while promoting an inviting dining atmosphere
