- High school diploma or general education degree
- Two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Country club experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- Describe specials of the day to guests and answer questions regarding menu items
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- Maintain organized workstation and complete side work duties
- Handle checks and cash transactions using Point of Sales system
- Follow established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- Adhere to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques
- Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
