- TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting
- Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and a warm smile within the specified time
- Provide personable, helpful, and efficient food and beverage service
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Memorize menu items, abbreviations, and ticket writing procedures to take precise orders
- Prepare and serve beverages meeting quality and timing standards
- Bus and manicure tables and polish silverware throughout the restaurant
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following company procedures
