Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to communicate clearly in English
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- provide menu information and make recommendations
- ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring dining experience and addressing any concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
- handle guest payments and operate point-of-sale systems
- comply with health and safety regulations
