Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for 7 or more hours
- availability to work varied hours including holidays and weekends
- knowledge of company Service Standards
- compliance with all internal controls and procedures
- ability to perform cash handling accurately
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of POS systems
- understanding of Indiana Gaming and ATC regulations
- customer service skills
- ability to upsell menu items
- experience in food handling and preparation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform opening and closing duties
Job Duties
- Greet guests and maintain proper dining experience
- deliver items and fulfill guest’s needs
- upsell items and offer drinks and desserts
- remove courses and refill drinks and replenish silverware
- take orders and send to kitchen staff through the POS system
- help maintain cleanliness and appearance by completing mandatory side work
- accurately collect money and follow point-of-sale procedures
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashier duties as needed
- adhere to Indiana Gaming and ATC regulations
- always follow Company Service Standards
- work a variety of hours including holidays and weekends
- perform other duties as assigned
