Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Basic math and POS system skills

  • No experience required but prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is helpful

Job Duties

  • Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
  • Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • Run food orders from kitchen to guest tables
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
  • Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
