Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Basic math and POS system skills

- No experience required but prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is helpful

Job Duties
- Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
- Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
- Run food orders from kitchen to guest tables
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
