Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
- ability to lift 30 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
- demonstrate knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area
- understand and utilize the steps of service
- accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
- inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
- follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
- maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
