Job Duties
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in an elegant fine dining restaurant
- Demonstrate professionalism, grace, and attentiveness throughout service
- Offer detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations for food and wine pairings
- Ensure accurate order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and sommeliers to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor
