Job Duties

  • Offer detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations for food and wine pairings
  • Ensure accurate order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and sommeliers to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor
