Job Duties

Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in the fine dining restaurant
Demonstrate professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through the dining experience
Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
Display expertise in wine pairing and make confident suggestions
Collaborate closely with kitchen and sommelier for seamless guest experience
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism
