Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Must maintain a neat and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • Know your work schedule and arrive at work on time with appropriate uniform and professional appearance
  • Understand menu and beverage options and follow established service guidelines
  • Communicate with Manager and Hosts about reservations and guest flow
  • Prepare stations for guest arrival by checking tables and configurations
  • Greet guests promptly, ensure comfort, present menus and build rapport
  • Take beverage orders, serve drinks following established procedures
  • Provide menu tours, suggest specials and upsell items
  • Accurately take and input food orders according to standard procedures
  • Pickup and complete plate presentation as needed
  • Serve orders ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
  • Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during the meal
  • Offer desserts and additional beverages
  • Audit, present, and process guest checks and payments
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
  • Bus, set, and reset tables as needed
  • Assist with Prime Society service and encourage membership
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding food, liquor, safety, and sanitation
  • Communicate guest requests, complaints, and improvement ideas to Managers
  • Assist other team members and work collaboratively
  • May work meetings, banquets, and special events as scheduled
