Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Must be able to perform grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions and bending
- Must be able to work in environment with secondhand smoke and high noise levels
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have 2 years fine dining restaurant experience
- Must have wine knowledge
- Must have valid NV Health and TAM cards

Job Duties
- Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu to sell and serve professionally
- Engage and provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Ensure guests are satisfied with food and service, respond promptly and courteously to requests
- Answer questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation
- Memorize and promote daily specials to sell and serve food and beverages
- Make food and beverage recommendations using suggestive selling techniques
- Ensure guest needs are met including keeping beverages full and providing additional items
- Communicate with management regarding any issues affecting guest experience
- Balance end-of-day paperwork with minimal errors, overages or shortages
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
- Follow food safety and sanitary guidelines issued by Health Department
- Support other restaurant areas as necessary
- Maintain neat and clean personal appearance according to company policy
- Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of menu items
- Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
