Job Requirements

  • must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
  • must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a similar serving role is advantageous
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
  • taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • assist guests with any special requests or dietary concerns
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
