Job Requirements
- must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar serving role is advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience
- guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
- taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
- assist guests with any special requests or dietary concerns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
