- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Provide food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
- Ensure function space is visually appealing
- Present menu offering for events
- Set table linens and arrange table settings
- Design food stations according to event menus
- Perform beverage service
- Prepare banquet areas and maintain sanitary environment
- Refresh rooms as required
