Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide food and beverage service for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events
  • Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed food items in accordance with established service standards
  • Set and maintain assigned service stations, including beverage and buffet areas, during event service
  • Clear tables, replenish beverages, and maintain cleanliness of guest service areas throughout events
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding promptly to service needs
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with banquet captains, supervisors, and culinary staff to ensure proper service flow
