Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays or service items as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage service for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events
- Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed food items in accordance with established service standards
- Set and maintain assigned service stations, including beverage and buffet areas, during event service
- Clear tables, replenish beverages, and maintain cleanliness of guest service areas throughout events
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding promptly to service needs
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate effectively with banquet captains, supervisors, and culinary staff to ensure proper service flow
