- Perform food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
- Ensure function spaces are visually appealing and adhere to menu presentation standards
- Set up linen and table settings in accordance with event requirements
- Assist in food station design and beverage service during events
- Conduct general banquet preparation tasks
- Refresh rooms as needed during events
- Maintain a sanitary and organized environment throughout service
