Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school education is required
- Hospitality or other related degrees are a plus
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure a good guest experience by presenting the drink menu, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and input them immediately into the POS system
- Promptly serve food and drinks and check in with guests regarding their experience
- Up-sell menu items whenever possible
- Efficiently maintain guest tables throughout the meal by clearing wrappers, napkins, glasses, dishes, and silverware as needed
