Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
- Take and accurately input guest orders into the system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Promote menu items and special offers to enhance guest experience
