Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

- willingness to learn menu items and beverage options
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules both initial and ongoing
- know work schedule for the week and arrive on time
- meet standards for uniform and professional appearance
- understand menu and beverage options
- follow established guidelines for sequence and methodology of service
- communicate with Manager and Hosts regarding reservations, guest flow, and special event needs
- prepare assigned station including table configuration and setting
- greet guests promptly
- ensure guest comfort
- present menus and establish rapport
- take beverage orders and deliver drinks
- guide guests through ordering and offer meat tray presentation
- answer menu questions and follow merchandising procedures
- accurately input orders
- pick up and complete plate presentations
- serve orders and address guest concerns
- check back within designated time frame
- perform pre-bussing and table maintenance
- offer desserts and additional beverages
- audit and present checks
- accurately complete payment and tip reporting
- thank guests and invite them to return
- bus, set, and re-set tables
- perform side duties, closing duties, and other related tasks
- assist with Prime Society service and encourage membership
- follow all policies, procedures, standards, laws, and safety regulations
- communicate guest requests, complaints, and ideas to Managers
- may work meetings, banquets, and special events
- assist other team members with station duties and sidework when needed or available
