Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know your work schedule for the week and arrive at work on time
- Know and understand menu and beverage options
- Communicate with Manager and Hosts about reservations and guest flow
- Check assigned station and prepare tables
- Greet guests and ensure their comfort
- Take beverage orders and deliver drinks
- Guide guests through menu and suggest items
- Accurately take and input orders
- Pick up and present food orders
- Serve orders and address guest concerns
- Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance
- Audit and present guest checks accurately
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Bus, set, and re-set tables
- Assist with Prime Society service
- Follow policies and safety regulations
- Communicate guest requests and complaints to Managers
- Work meetings, banquets, and special events
- Assist team members with station duties and sidework
