Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food and beverage serving role
- Basic understanding of banquet and bar operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous similar work experience in serving or bartending
- Basic knowledge of banquet operations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail oriented and hardworking
- Flexible and adaptable to shift changes and 24-hour operations
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the Lobby Bar, Drift
- Support Food & Beverage team in delivering seamless dining experiences
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
