Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living environment preferred
- Food safety certification within 90 days of hire
- Maintain CPR and first aid, ServeSafe certifications and undergo ongoing training
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills
- Competent organizational and time management skills
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food handling and safety regulations
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing and health screenings including tuberculosis test
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations as required by law
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- Food safety certification required within 90 days of employment
- CPR and first aid certification as required

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a high-quality environment
- Provide dining service training to new care managers
- Assist residents with menu selections and respond to related questions
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve items according to guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas including performing checklist inspections
- Perform dining room set-up and re-set of tables according to procedures
- Practice safe food handling and comply with all food safety standards
