Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or dining room operations preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitary procedures
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to participate in required physical evaluations and health tests
- Compliance with Covid-19 and influenza vaccination requirements as mandated by law

Job Duties
- Provide dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas
- Serve as a role model in delivering dining services and assist in training care managers
- Maintain proper dining room setup and assist in special events
- Monitor and support dining area cleanliness and readiness standards through checklist adherence
- Assist in maintaining tabletop inventories
- Handle all food and beverages in compliance with sanitary procedures and established standards
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
