Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Food Safety Certification within 90 days of taking the position
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living preferred
- Ability to attend scheduled shifts Sunday and Wednesday 3pm-7pm
- Ability to comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to participate in required training and community meetings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and health evaluations
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living preferred
- Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Knowledge of ServeSafe standards
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Competent organizational and time management abilities
Job Duties
- Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations maintaining a safe and positive environment
- Provide dining service training to new care managers
- Assist residents with menu selections and respond to related questions
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve according to guidelines
- Maintain dining room cleanliness and readiness through checklist inspections
- Perform dining room setup and resetting of tables
- Review and document daily logs and resident diet information maintaining confidentiality
