Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- Food Safety Certified within 90 days of taking the position
- Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications
- Maintain ServeSafe certification
- Ability to comply with safety protocols
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and health screenings
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations as required by law
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide support in the day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a high quality, positive, and safe environment for residents and team members
- Provide dining service training to new care managers
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with menu selections
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve items according to guidelines
- Attend pre-meal briefings and follow food handling policies
- Perform dining room cleanliness inspections and maintain set-up standards
- Complete opening and closing checklist criteria and assist in tabletop inventories
- Review and document pertinent resident information
- Practice safe food handling and complete cleaning assignments
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
- Participate actively as a team member and commit to team goals
- Attend regular meetings and maintain required training compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
