Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- must obtain food safety certification within 90 days of employment
- maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications
- maintain ServeSafe certification
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- competent organizational and time management skills
- adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- participate in required training and meetings
- physically able to perform duties
- able to maintain confidentiality of resident information
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide support in day-to-day dining room operations maintaining a high quality and safe environment
- provide dining service training to new care managers
- assist residents with menu selections and respond to menu questions
- take meal and beverage orders and serve according to guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and readiness through dining room checklist inspections
- perform dining room set-up and table maintenance
- review and document resident dietary needs and information
- practice safe food handling and maintain sanitation
- support compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- participate actively as a team member contributing to team goals and engagement
- attend required meetings and training
- perform other duties as assigned
