Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- must obtain food safety certification within 90 days of employment
- maintain CPR, First Aid, and ServeSafe certifications
- comply with safety and health regulations
- ability to communicate effectively
- capable of managing multiple priorities
- practice confidentiality with resident information
- participate in training and development programs
- pass pre-employment drug test and health screenings
- adhere to vaccination requirements as mandated

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a positive and safe environment
- provide dining service training to new care managers
- maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with menu selections
- take meal and beverage orders and serve items according to guidelines
- monitor dining room cleanliness and readiness through checklist inspections
- perform dining room setup and reset tables as per procedures
- assist in tabletop inventories maintenance
- review and document Daily Logs and resident diet information
- protect confidentiality of resident information
- practice safe food handling and maintain hygiene standards
- complete cleaning assignments and maintain work area safety
- assist in dining room organization and supply placement
- ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
- use personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures
- participate actively in team goals and maintain engagement
- attend meetings and complete required training
- demonstrate team member credo and principles of service
- perform other duties as assigned
