Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Greet guests with a genuine smile
- Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu offering cocktails suggesting courses explaining the monthly specials answering food preparation questions with a positive attitude
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests choices identifying patron's special dietary needs and special requests
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Stay updated on current menu choices specialties and menu deviations knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items etc
