Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Bartending and/or country club experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and alcohol service certifications or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide five-star service
- Confidently describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Accurately enter orders in the POS system (Jonas)
- Communicate special requests, allergies, and modifications to culinary teams
- Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy
- Clear and reset tables throughout service
- Support teammates and collaborate with bartenders and banquet staff
- Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
- Assist with opening/closing duties and side work
- Maintain clean and organized dining and back-of-house spaces
