Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must be able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist residents with mobility and after a fall
- Must pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with physical activity including standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Communicate with supervisors and wellness staff about residents' dietary habits and meal attendance
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide help after falls
- Foster an environment where residents can connect and enjoy meal times
- Maintain positivity and energy while engaging with residents
