Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of serving experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand the English language
- manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for long periods
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- assist in delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues
- enhance overall dining experience for residents, families, and guests
- perform duties in a professional, friendly, courteous, and timely manner aligned with The Sterling Touch®
- support special events and private functions
- maintain adherence to community standards, processes, procedures, and philosophies
- collaborate with Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- ensure high level of satisfaction for residents and guests
