Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry
  • ability to work under sun and heat
  • ability to navigate stairs multiple times per shift
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • minimum one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry
  • knowledge of English language
  • basic math and computer skills
  • POS experience preferred
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong task and time management abilities
  • understanding cocktail mixing techniques
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine their preferences
  • recommend menu items and take orders
  • serve food and beverages
  • upsell items when appropriate
  • ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests during their meals
  • communicate with kitchen and serving staff
  • maintain cleanliness and perform basic cleaning duties each shift
