Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years of age
- ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude toward residents
- physically active including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods
- ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as well as support after falls
- must pass criminal background check

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- prepare dining tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining areas
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- help residents after a fall
- promote a positive and friendly environment for residents
