Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years of age
- read, write, understand and communicate in English at an 8th grade level
- possess a positive and energetic attitude
- able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after-fall care
- must be criminally cleared

- at least sixteen years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- ability to assist residents physically
- able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- criminal background cleared
Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment for resident connection
- prep tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- communicate with supervisors and wellness team about residents' dietary habits and changes
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the shift
